Privacy Policy

Privacy at a glance

This is a private, non-commercial blog. Personal data is processed as sparingly as possible. Here is a short overview of what happens when you visit this site.

Server log files

When you access this site, the hosting provider automatically stores technical information transmitted by your browser – such as browser type, operating system, time of access and IP address. This data serves solely to keep the site secure and stable (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR) and is not combined with other sources.

Guestbook and idea book

If you leave an entry, the content you submit is stored so it can be displayed after review. You do not have to provide your real name.

Embedded third-party content

On the training page, the "Chart.js" library is loaded via the content delivery network cdnjs (Cloudflare) to display the charts. Your IP address may be transmitted to the provider in the process.

No tracking tools

This site uses no analytics, tracking or advertising services and sets no cookies for such purposes.

Your rights

You are entitled to the rights granted by the GDPR – in particular access to, rectification and erasure of the data concerning you, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

Anonymous visit statistics

This site counts page views in a purely anonymous way and entirely in-house – no cookies, no external services and no permanent storage of IP addresses. Only aggregated figures are recorded: which page was viewed how often, the date, and whether the visit came from a mobile or a desktop device. It is not possible to identify individual persons.
