Two paths, one goal: getting stronger outdoors.
On flat routes I train fast walking – here it's all about pace. In the mountains it's about hiking: distance, duration and above all metres of ascent.
Just like with strength training, I keep an open record of everything here: every session, my goals and the milestones along the way.
