Volume 1 tells of Arlon, a young Bamlait from the small town of Ura – a daydreamer who runs late in the mornings, squeezes into school benches that are too small, and observes the world around him more closely than he sometimes cares to.

For now, everything is light: family, school, the market, the first questions of growing up. But behind Ura's quiet glances lies more than the town cares to admit. Let us walk a stretch of the way with Arlon.
